Proper lubrication of mobile equipment is a challenge. Our unique automatic lubricating system takes the worry out of the process. Lubrication points, easily accessible or not, are custom lubricated at time intervals that are in line with the manufactures recommendations.

Depending on the type of equipment and the environmental challenges we will custom design a solution to prevent equipment down time and decrease repair cost.

All State Fire Equipment has designed guarding systems to specifically protect distributors and grease zerks against impact damage. Where needed, we use reinforced hose with spring guard, stauff clamps, and steel rod to ensure the quality and strength of the system. Mobile equipment with articulating arms, such as refuse vehicles, require this type of special guarding.

Lubricating a vehicle can take anywhere between 30 minutes to an 1 hour depending on the location of the grease points thus reducing labor cost.

A Solution for Refuse Trucks

Although we install auto lubrication systems on compactors, fire trucks, brush trucks, etc. there is seemingly no greater challenge than refuse trucks. All State Fire has developed and manufactured special guarding to protect the auto lubrication equipment against impact. Rear loaders have several grease points located in the back end that are constantly hit with trash and debris during the day to day operation.

Depending on the size of the route an articulating arm or paddle can operate several hundred times per day. Improper lubrication can cause equipment failure quickly. When lube points are located in areas that are difficult to get to they get missed. We provide a constant steady flow of grease to the points no matter how difficult they are to reach.

All State offers a complete range of services for your auto lubrication system. Service agreements can be provided to ensure your system is properly maintained at the correct intervals. Routine inspections are scheduled and repairs are made during the same visit.

The Right Solution

All State offers a range of products and pump designs that enable us to customize a lubrication solution to your specific needs. This allows for use of a variety of grease grades from NGLI 0,00 to #2.

We customize each vehicle to solve special challenges. Spring Guard is added to most exposed reinforced hose located on the body and heat resistant spiral wrap is added to the tubing located on the chassis. This provides not only wear protection but makes for a clean neat install. Each hose assembly is given a part number so in the event you break a hose, ordering a replacement is easy. Vulnerable points subject to impact can be protected with extra guarding. We use distributor or C Guards and/or angle iron to provide extra strength.
